Privacy policy

This is an informational website: it has no forms or sign-up, and it uses no cookies or tools that follow you across other sites. We only process personal data when you email us and, at a technical level, when Cloudflare serves the page and measures visits in aggregate.

2. What data we process and why

If you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, so we can reply and, where relevant, manage the business, partnership or investment relationship you propose. Please do not include more personal information than necessary.
When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and technical request data (browser, page requested, date and time) to serve the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit the website, which pages they view, which site they come from, their country and browser, and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, does not build profiles, and is not used to identify you or follow you across other sites.

3. Legal bases

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): replying to the inquiries you send us, keeping the website secure and measuring its visits in aggregate.
Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): when your inquiry leads to a business relationship with the group.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): responding to requests from authorities when the law requires it.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Only these providers are involved, each within its own scope:

Cloudflare: website hosting, security and visit statistics.
Our email provider: receiving and storing the emails you send us.

If your inquiry concerns one of the group companies, we may forward it to that company so it can reply. We may also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires us to.

5. International transfers

BIG FUTURE AGC LLC is based in the United States, as are some of our providers. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is done with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep data

Emails: up to 24 months after your inquiry is resolved or, if it leads to a business relationship, for as long as that relationship lasts and for the applicable legal retention periods.
Website technical logs: for the limited time Cloudflare applies for security and operation.
Visit statistics: kept by Cloudflare in aggregate form for the limited time the service applies.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing hello@bigfuture.group. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and show the date of the latest revision at the top.
